I am originally from Oregon and have been living and practicing in Texas since 2018. I work with individuals/couples/families seeking to restore balance and connection within their lives and interpersonal relationships. Unhealthy relationships can cause both emotional and physical stress, whereas healthy relationships can enhance and improve overall well-being. I have experience treating children, adolescents and adults with diverse back grounds and ranges of concerns. I provide psychotherapy for couples in all states of relationship, work with divorced and single parents, blended families and individuals of every race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
